About Me:

I am an artist-facilitator and promoter. Since breakdancing on the playground in 5th grade, i keep re-discovering a love of the embodied arts, while also working to improve our society through international development and conflict resolution.  My core artistic work is bringing communities together through Playback Theatre which I've actively practiced since 2003 in Washington, DC, Germany, traveling across the US and now South Central Pennsylvania where I grew up.  In 2007, I founded River Crossing Playback Theatre to bridge divides among communities in my native land.

I have an M.A. in International Peace & Development Studies from the Universitat Jaume I in Castellon, Spain and B.A. in International Conflict Resolution from Hampshire College in Amherst, MA.  In addition to conflict facilitation skills, I also bring training in Contact Improvisation, Theatre of the Oppressed, Psychodrama and other forms to my artistic work.

Active in the Society of Friends (Quakers) and the Church of the Brethren, i live in Marietta, PA with my wife and our two little ones.
