The Conflicted Self, the Authentic Self: Embodying the Role of Intuitive
Healer
with co-trainers Ann E. Hale, M.A., TEP and Donna Little, MSW, TEP.
Description: The workshop will offer a new structure for training the authentic self easily practiced in small groups. We will examine ways the psychodrama director, and those using action methods, remain attuned, receptive and authentic, particularly during moments of difficulty or heightened tension. Breakout rooms will allow for some small group training segments. Throughout we will examine ways group facilitators and psychodrama directors build their intuitive abilities and foster healing. (29 training hours credited toward certification by the American Board of Examiners in
Psychodrama.)
Location: The workshop will take place at Am Kolel Sanctuary and Renewal Center, 19520 Darnestown Road in Beallsville, MD 20839 (See: http://www.sanctuaryretreatcenter.com)
Fees: The workshop fee includes a minimum of two nights lodging, two breakfasts, three lunches and two dinners (vegetarian/dairy) with minimal preparation and cleanup shared by group members. Bedding, towels supplied. Tuition including the accommodation and meals will most likely be in the $435-450 range, The fee is based on minimum group size of twelve. Persons living nearby and not staying overnight will be admitted at a slightly lower fee only when the group's contract fee for accommodation has been met. (Our evening sessions will run to around 9:30pm. So area participants may prefer to stay overnight. ) Early registration before Sept. 1 will be rewarded.

Hale, M.A., TEP and Donna Little, M.A., TEP each have over thirty years experience as trainers and offer throughout the US, Canada and internationally, providing a series of training workshops on Sociometry and Healing. Donna is past Vice-Chairperson of the American Board of Examiners and Ann is past-President of ASGPP. "We work really well together and provide a good balance of humor, excitement and capacity for deep work."
