Adele Ulrich

Choreographer, Movement Therapist

Dance is essentially movement with awareness. Anyone who moves, responds and feels can dance, regardless of age or ability. I help students make mind-body connections, increase confidence, develop emotionally, cultivate sensitivity and grow individual voices. Daily stretching leads into creative process, movement vocabulary development, improvisational activities, trust work, writing, drawing, voice work, composition, observation, and feedback. Residencies culminate in a student-created dance performance that is relevant to students' lives.
